Shipping & Returns

All terms and conditions within apply to all services and products performed by V Dental and all other subsidiaries of V Dental including but not limited to it’s agents and employees.

Any reference to the ‘client’ will be taken to refer to the client, it’s agents and or it’s employees.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and unless otherwise stated include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that these prices are correct at the time of writing and or publication, V Dental reserves the right to adjust the prices in accordance with it’s current pricing structures at anytime and without notice.

V Dental will not be held responsible for any products that are delayed due to situations that are beyond it’s reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client.  

Payment is required prior to dispatch on all online orders.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Please note: Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed and no amendments, cancellations or changes can be made. This includes combining orders, removing/adding items, changing sizes/colours etc.

If you are unhappy with your purchase after it arrives, we are able to provide you with a credit or refund for the amount you paid for the item (excluding any shipping costs), providing the following conditions have been met:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase (ie. 14 days from the date shown on invoice).

2. Item(s) must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please note: items which smell of perfume/deodorant or have makeup/tanning marks on them will not be accepted under any circumstances. As such we advise you to please take care when trying on your garments. VDental reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.

3. Item(s) must be accompanied by a copy of their original invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact us at vdental@live.com.au BEFORE attempting to return your item(s).

If you'd like to exchange your items for a different size/colour, please contact VDental as soon as possible to determine whether the item(s) are indeed available, before attempting to return them. Please note, any additional shipping costs to facilitate an exchange must be covered by the customer, unless VDental is at fault.

Once your returned item(s) have been received a credit will be applied to your account, if an exchange is requested this credit will be applied to the exchange order.

 

FAULTY ITEM(S)

While we take every care to thoroughly inspect garments before they are sent out to customers, if an item is faulty you are entitled to a replacement if available, or a refund under Australian Consumer Law. We are also happy to replace or exchange your garment wherever possible.

If you believe your item(s) to be faulty, please CONTACT US before returning the item(s) at vdental@live.com.au, in your email please include the following information:

1. A description of the fault (photographs are often helpful in this area).

2. A description of the garment: style, colour, size etc.

3. The remedy you are seeking: eg. exchange, refund or credit.

4. A copy of your original invoice (as proof of purchase).

5. Your account information: name, account number, address etc.

Faulty returns will be assessed by our team on a case by case basis.

Please note: items which are subject to misuse, not following the correct care instructions, or which have become damaged through normal wear and tear (particularly in older garments) will not be accepted as faulty. Faulty item(s) must be returned within 28days of purchase.

We advise all returns to be made through a trackable service, as VDental accepts no responsibility for returned items not received.

 

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

We have a Flat Rate postage fee of $15.50 on all orders within Australia.

This does not apply for International orders. International orders will incurr added freight charges. This will be manually calculated and charged by weight, for accurate postage cost. 

At VDental we promise to post your order as quickly as we can. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your payment and carefully pick your order ready for shipping. Don’t forget, Team VDental takes a much needed break on weekends and public holidays – which means if you place an order Friday we’ll get started on it the following week. As we dispatch orders through Australia Post the average shipping time is 3-5 business days. 

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your junk mail too! As automated emails can often be put there.
